We apply consistent and high standards to our end-to-end manufacturing process. This includes tooling, die casting, metal stamping, polishing, electroplating, powder coating, PVD vacuum coating, and assembly. Every process has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system.
JIAJIE is fully equipped with precise German Spectral Analyzer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Colorimeter, Coating Thickness Tester, High and low Temperature Testing Chamber, Salt Spray Testing Machine and Programmable Controller Constant Temp. & Humidity Chamber. To strive for zero defects, JIAJIE implemented 100% inspection during production process.
